What does everyone think, which manufacture makes the best gear over all. Not masks, fins, snorkels, I am talking about the big stuff. BCD's, Regs, and computers. What does everyone think.

Well since many "manufacturers" out source production to China, Taiwan, Indonesia, etc., A better question might be, which SCUBA company "designs" the best equipment.

Given your question, I guess you would have to go with the companies that actually make their own gear.

There is no such thing as who is the best. You do however get users that love a particular brand. I am no different:

Halcyon, Scubapro, Apeks, Suunto, Oceanic to name a few.

In todays technology driven environment you will struggle to truely find a crap brand. They will just not make it.
