Hello my name is Jeremy, I live in Canada. I'm planning on visiting Hawaii, but not sure which Island I should visit? My wife and I are both certfied SCUBA, but we also would like to try surfing while there. I'mplanning on visiting later in the year so plenty of time for planning. Thanks.
 
Don't tell my wife but I would like to get a authentic polynesian tattoo...but seriously SCUBA and Surfing..would also like too visit Pearl Harbour...what else is there too do? WE just want too relax..were having our second child ina couple days and were going to go before her maternuity leave is up.

Yeah, if you're only doing one island and want to see Pearl Harbor, there really isn't a choice :)

But if PH is not a requirement, and you just want to relaxxxxxx, I'd recommend Kau'i or Mau'i.

Well... Pearl Harbor is on Oahu.
 
I love to go to Maui. Plenty to do, Molokini crater is a great dive location. Lanai cathedrals can be dived from Lahaina. Shore dives are plentiful.

We flew over for the day to see PH several years ago. Impressive, however I wasn't impressed with the Honolulu area; just a big city. We stayed only the day so we didn't get out to see the non-tourist areas.

A good contact would be kidspot on this board. He lived on Maui, but moved to Oahu last year.

The Big Island offers manta ray dives, and Kuai is the most casual laid back.
