I have the Apeks FST first stage where the hoses route more straight "out" and less "around" for a singles rig, but its similar to what you are using.
I like the bungeed backup to be on your port #3 because its far less likely to get trapped or trap the long hose suiting up. But an s-drill (at the absolute minimum a dry land s-drill) will make sure you have that sorted out.
I also use just a B&G SPG, and if you were using one of those in addition to the transmitter then I could see configuring that on the same side as the reg hoses -- just because the B&G clips to the left d-ring so it has to be on that side. OTOH, if you remember the version of the reg recovery drill where you follow the hose from your first stage until you find the second stage, that big transmitter is definitely going to be in your way.
I'm not really a drysuit diver but I would think the same thing should apply there, I'd swap hoses 2 and 4. Your drysuit hose isn't going to move much if at all, but your inflator hose will to some degree; consider whether the hose that doesn't move should potentially be able to trap the one that does. YMMV.
I agree with a previous comment: the wing inflator hose on my doubles rig measures 18-1/2", and 17-1/2" on my singles rig. How long is the corrugated inflator hose to your wing or BCD?
