Hello!
I just bought for second time a leak-detector which can be easily installed into Ikelite-Housings (Dtecteur d'eau) (it prevented a recent flood), but with a little draw-back. They provide them with a glue band on it's base which helps to fix the alarm buzzer and the battery/led compartment to the housing's wall. The problem is that Ikelite's lateral housing walls are all slightly curved, which prevents the glue to work properly. Maybe another glue would work better, but some people have told me that Cyanocrilate for example can damage the polycarbonate.
Any suggestion? Is there some glue recomended for polycarbonate?
Thanks a lot!
