sadly can't avoid it - seals (silicone/latex/neoprene) just don't work and I'm always wet up to my elbows after dives.
at some point I got sick of it and moved to dry gloves - no issues since except my hands smell like death after every dive. it's that internal liner of the showa 660 that's doing it...

also it gets cold here in winter.
when you're used to 28C of water, 17C is quite cold :) especially if the dive is ~100 minutes.

Thanks,
Matan.
When I used to get leaks with the 660s and other pvc gloves, I would put them in a washer and clothes dryer. Sometimes it took two drying cycles, but they were fresh and dry afterward. I'm not sure why you had trouble with the 720s. Once I get them on the Ultima rings it's difficult to adjust them as they don't move.

I gave up on the various dry glove systems and started to use pullover gloves using Marigold Industrial gloves. Zero leaks since and the gloves can be cheaply purchased by the dozen. If you turn them inside out every other dive they will never get a chance to stink.

update:

1. replaced antares O-ring - gloves are dry. I stand corrected :)
2. still suspicious about durability - time will tell.

Thank you,
Matan.
