If you live close to caves maybe do the caves first. If you can practice the trimix skills do the trimix class first.

Just my 2 cents. I finished normoxic Trimix a few weeks back. Im thinking cave for next year. I would say trimix first, but that mostly because trimix is much more applicable to my local diving. The cave class for me has nothing to do with doing cave dives on a regular basis, but more to become a better diver in general.
In that case I would take a Fundamentals course. I took GUE's fundies course and it taught me way more about becoming a better diver than cave training did.
I am curious what you should advise for a holiday combined with some TDI or IANTD courses:
-2 weeks and do cavern, intro-to-cave and full cave course
or
-2 weeks and do advanced nitrox and normoxic trimix.
What do you prefer?
Diver has some experience with a twinset, has around 250 dives, and of course a lot of drysuitexperience.
