I have a bunch of trip credit with Aggressor burning a hole in my pocket. I'd like to plan a trip for next August - considering the respective boats as well as the diving at that time of year, which Aggressor would you pick? Bali to Komodo, Raja, Palau, or Maldives? Of course, I want/intend to do them all eventually, but which should be top of the list and why? Thanks in advance!

really depends what you would want to see. raja is the option for oceanic mantas, but august is outside the dive season. bigger sharks (eg hammers/tigers) would be south maldives route but again the wrong time of year. komodo overlaps with raja in a lot of ways but is more convenient from bali. palau splits the difference in that it doesn't excel at macro, mantas, or sharks compared to the other options, but the boat is run well and you still get a good mix.

Time of the year is very important to plan a LoB.
Aug? Komodo.
Sangalaki is another option and you can mix it with Sipadan as well.
