Where's the Oceanic Rep?

I thought these forums were a gateway to the manufactures Rep. Would be nice to see some input from the Rep. I posted a question a week ago and no replies. Oceanic has a great reputation for service. I would think they would be all over these boards. I will give him a pass if he is on a dive trip... where there is no internet service.
