Ellesmere, Greenland, Iceland, Jan Mayen, Svalbard, Tromso. Cold, but some of the most amazing diving I've ever seem. I'd love to get back there.
Have you dived Saltstraumen? If you havent and get the chance, rumors are you definetly should.
Problem for me is I live pretty much on the opposite end of the country, so its more expensive to go to Saltstraumen than to the red sea :shocked2:

The maelstrom

Every six hours, 400 million cubic metres of water at speeds of up to 20 knots (40 kilometres per hour) rush through the 150-metre wide and 3-kilometre long sound connecting the Saltenfjord and the Skjerstadfjord. The powerful whirlpools can be up to 10 metres in diameters and 5 metres deep.
