Any Scubapro dealer should be able to get one. While some shopd might want to charge you for the installation, others will sell it to their customers as it is an exterior part similar to a mouthpiece.
 
They don't make them any more. Good luck getting one. They do make a universal T, but it's thicker front to back than the original. i tried using one & couldn't, it hit me in the chin & interfered with the mouthpiece.
 
While the current universal exhaust-t does feel quite a bit different than the originals, they seem to work OK for most folks. At $15 to $20 each for these, I doubt if you'll have much success with an after-market production until scubapro drops the support.

I would think that it would be possible to modify the new universal -T if that high point hitting your chin were so uncomfortable. Grind away the offending ridge and patch it up. Could even be a job for Doctor Duct Tape.
