My wife and I are making a dive/search trip in early March. We arrive in-country on a Thursday and will have a car for travel. We plan to cover from Placencia north and will spend the last 3 days at Sueno del Mar on north AC.
I.m looking for suggestions of dive ops we can set up in advance and also looking to hire a guide for part of the trip to look at housing in each regional area.
Any suggestions on pitfalls to watch for?
Any suggestions on how to approach the real estate issues when looking for location ideas?

PS: We'll be there from 2-26 through 3-8 if anyone is interested in getting together for a dive or two.
