All great recommendations, thank you to all. I've been in touch with Sunn Odyssey on Grand Bahama. It looks like a nice and accomodating place to stay and dive. Airfare from nw Florida seems to be a hassle though. We are still looking for an economical way to get down there from here.

Trips to the Bahamas

Juliet does Bahamas and Fla Keys. Its a liveaboard that sails out of Miami. They occasionally have 3 - 4 day trips.
