Where to go?

if you want to stay in one place (i.e. not hopping around to different resorts) then I vote PG as well. However, if you're interested in experiencing a variety of locations (in relatively close proximity), then I would suggest the Cebu region.

edit: mind you that PG in itself provides pretty nice diversity in dives (especially if you include a Verde Island day trip)

Of course I am slightly biaised... I would definitely go for Cebu!!!
