Where to Get Tank Hydroed in PA??

I have a 45/6800 Paintball high pressure tank here i need hydroed. Where can i get this done for cheap?? I live in Philly

dont know any specific places but if you look under fire extiguisher(sp) inpection in the phone book you'll find a dozen places. that is where most scuba shops send out their tanks. hope that helped
