Where to get a PCR covid test in Cabo San Lucas

Hi

Anyone have any information on availability of a COVID PCR test in Cabo san Lucas? Pricing? Turn around time? Antigen tests are not good enough to fly back to Canada.

Your hotel can arrange them. Otherwise, I walked to the Hospital San Lucas , but it can be a trek depending on where you are staying. A little further up that same road is the Saint Luke Hospital. (Same name, different language, but they are really two different hospitals).

There was a testing facility at the airport as well, but I was a bit skeptical that they could turn around fast enough. I paid about $23 for my PCR (at the time, the US had not yet relaxed it to just an antigen test to return to the US). It was basically a one-day turnaround.
