Where to do Divemaster

Many will advise to take it where you plan to work as a DM. They will probably hire you before hiring someone from outside the shop. That's just what I hear.

That is good advice if you are doing it to work.

I see many take the class just because they want to - why are you taking it and what are your expectations?

Yes, good point. Then we get into all the replies about how there are much better ways to go (courses) to improve your diving if you don't want to get into the teaching end of it.
