I'm planning a trip to Roatan for the fall of next year. It's at Anthony' Key and you can dive with the dolphins.
I have also done this in Freeport Grand Bahama Island, with UNEXSO. It was fantastic!

Blackbeard's Cruise out of the Bahamas, wild bottlenose dolphins out in the ocean, about a dozen of them swimming all around us for almost 30 minutes yesterday before we finally had to get back in the boat and move on.

A pod of three dolphins came and played in our bubbles when my wife and I were diving in the Turks and Caicos Islands. They have a famous dolphin named JoJo (read more here: http://www.marinewildlife.org/jojoProject.php )

I second Hawaii...you'll also get a boat load of turtles...

Glover's Atol Belize. I saw 17 dolphins on one dive. The DM told me that this was a common occurance.
