Where to dive near Waco, TX??

My husband is an advanced OW diver and is traveling to Waco, TX to visit his family this weekend. He dives every chance he gets and has me on a mission to help him find a place to dive within a reasonable driving distance (maybe couple hours) from Waco with decent viz. Anyone got any ideas?

I vote for Lake Travis in Austin

Travis is probably the better dive and is about 2 hours south of Waco. Stillhouse is another option about 1 hour south of Waco. Both are in the mid to upper 50's. If he opts for Stillhouse, I could join him on Saturday. I have not been out there in a couple months but expect vis will run 5 to 15 ft. I'm sure he should be able to find company at both of the Travis scuba site on either day.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions. He got in 2-30min dives at Lake Travis on Saturday. He said it was 50's, but he did enjoy the opportunity to test out his new 7mil. Thanks again!
