Where to dive in Hawaii

We are traveling to Hawaii next week via NCL Pride of America. We can't decide where to dive between The Big Island(Kona Side), Maui or Kauai. We would like to choose 2 out of the 3. Any recommendations? How are each of the islands? What do you see? What are your favorites?

OK I haven't dove the other islands but what I can say is check you schedule. If I know right you have an over nighter an Maui, making it easy for you to go diving. The other harbors you might not be able to exit the boat early enough to get on the boat for an AM charter. I know when the boat gets back to Oahu the people get off at 8AM, which is in most cases almost too late (getting from aloha tower to the dive boat). Find out for sure and if so you have to check which shops can accomedate you.

Oh yeah, if there's an overnighter in Kona, be sure to do the night dive with manta rays. It's concidered one of the top dives in the world, right up there with the infamous "blue corner" of Palau.
