Where to buy Jet Fins in Myrtle Beach

My in-laws want to buy me a present, and they are currently in Myrtle Beach, SC. As I don't want them running around looking for dive shops (they are NOT divers!!!), I was wondering if any of you could let me know of a place where they could find Scubapro Jet Fins for as cheap as possible...
