Hi all, I'm going to be in Cozumel in December, and I'm given to understand that there's some good drift diving to be had. I have a reef hook and line for drift diving, but I'm not really sure how to attach it to myself - the Mares Pure BCD that I use doesn't have a readily obvious spot to hook the bolt snap to. Anyone have any ideas?

You can do what you want but inside the National Park reef hooks would be technically fobidden.

Ooh, good call. I probably won't bring it with, in that case. I'm still interested to hear people's ideas, though, for future dives.

Besides a bolt snap I also made a handle loop on mine, with a bit of plastic tube on it to make it more comfortable. Unless I really need hands free I much prefer the control of just holding the thing.
