Where should I go ?????????

Ok, so I have now accumulated 20 vacation days and if dont take some soon.....I lose them.

But where to go???

I have a gf who doesnt dive, but she has no problems with me diving. But I would like a place where when I am not diving... there are things to see and do.

I also have 135,000 Delta sky miles and it would be nice to go somewhere Delta gets me there and back.

So....put your heads together and lets see what we can come up with. Time wise I am pretty flexible......I am just looking for the most bang for the buck.

My thoughts would be to leave on a Friday spend a weekend there....a week there....and one more weekend....and come back the next Monday....so I can get two weekends in there....where ever there is.

PS....I have already been to Bonaire, St. John, St. Thomas and Barbados. Right now I am drifting toward Barbados again... maybe the Turks and Caicos....help!!

Come and dive here in South Africa, lovely coral reefs and wildlife at sodwana bay, ragged tooth sharks at aliwal shoal, tiger and bull sharks at Protea banks, great whites off gansbaai. Delta is an SAA codehare partner. yes i would say you should come here.

Got to admit I never thought of that. I will look into it....but for the future.

Considering I will be taking gf.....somewhere close in the Bahamas or Caribbean will have to be my target area this time.

Actually....Im not very pro Mexico right now. Coz is having a few problems I do not wish to encounter. Travel alerts are out about Coz right now.

So far Im still looking hard at Barbados....but I have no clue where I would stay this time....where ever it is...I want it to have its own beach.

Then...I am tossing around the idea of way south Florida....but just tossing.

I do recommend the B/VI... it's not completely diver-oriented, but you could do the Cuan Law which is a liveaboard. There's lots to do topside without the "shizzle" of cancun.

The BVI have great beaches (some of which are considered to be in the top ten by beauty), hiking, history, and lots and lots of sailing, beach bars...

what you do is charter a private crewed yacht in the bvi's
i did this with my wife and we chartered a yacht designed for only one couple.
it is no more expensive than a regular vacation.

Why are you anti-Coz? I'm planning a vacation as we speak and am seriously considering Cozumel...Can you elaborate on your concerns?
