I have a d520 and a d550 I've never had any problems with them they are well built.i lost the 520 once and luckly someone found it a week later at 40ft and it still works like new I had one battery go premature but that can happen with any light that uses 18650s.

Hi Orcatorch, I'm interested in purchasing the D630. There has been some discussion about the burn times on several threads here. Does the light output on HIGH go down significantly over time, e.g. as the voltage drops? What is the lumen output after 1hr, 2hrs, 3hrs, 4hrs, 5hrs?
