So where does everyone go for Nitrox fills in the South Bay area of LA. The shops I've used so far have had one issue or another. The issues have run from not knowing that PST E7 series tanks are already oxygen clean, to the O2 content label being off by more than 1% (glad I didn't trust their label and tested the tank myself), to even more dangerous safety issues!

Do any shops in my area do banked fills? Any of them know that new, from the mfg PST E series tanks do not need O2 cleaning, even for PP fills? I want to buy an PST E7-80 and use it for nitrox but can't get myself to do it if I'm going to have to pay $50+ to O2 clean the sucker when its already clean.

SCUBA Luv here on Catalina is the only local shop that does Nitrox. I don't dive it myself so I'm not familiar with other shops on "the big island" over there.

It might be a little far from South Bay but Scuba Toys in Cypress is a good place. They do not only nitrox but trimix as well.

I get Nitrox from them, and I see lots of tech. divers at the shop getting tri-mix fills that they can't get at another shop.

Ocean Adventures in Venice fills from banks, I believe

Scuba Toys in Cypress, as mentioned
