Planning on 2 sat morning dives, where can i go and get some decent vis? I went spearing yesterday in laguna real quick and it was HORRIBLE. So where can we go scuba with some decent vis in the laguna area? any ideas?

Your only hope may be the Islands..There is a red tide condition along the coast...We just returned from a Wed. open boat trip to Catalina and vis was in the 25' to 60' range depending on the dive site. If your interested in hopping on a boat We ( the Magician) have an open boat on Sat. and there is room. You could also jump on the Catalina Express and do a Casino Point dive.

I've been on the Magician a couple of times...its one of my top 2 favorites in SoCal. Lots of room and a good crew, what else could you ask for?

I'll second what Otter said. The Magician is a pleasure to be on. Jerry and his crew are a helpful group of professionals that make the day run smoothly.
