I want my ashes to be spread in the vicinity of the Arabia (or the Eber Ward if there is a legal problem) and have it done in a way to verify to my family that I will always be wreck diving.

Why would I want my urn on a reef. I do so little warm water diving that it would not be where I was the happiest anyways.
 
I heard about that a while ago, and thought it pretty cool.
OTOH, there is a place that we dive down here (off the beach), that in the predive briefing to the new divers, is not to pick up the boxes with the cross on them...too many think they found buried treasure!
