When can I dive after a 2 implant supported 3 crown bridge?

When I had an impacted wisdom tooth removed, the butcher [sorry, oral surgeon] cracked my lower jaw bone [mandible]. Took six months to heal and no diving during that time. Even today, several decades later, an oral x-ray will show the bone's repair lines. I feel your pain.

In addition to consulting your dentist, it wouldn’t hurt to call DAN and speak with one of their diving doctors. Physicians vary widely in their understanding of the physiological effects of diving.

My experience with diving and oral surgery (thankfully it was years ago) was that if done properly, there is little risk once the wound has healed to the point where it’s essentially impervious to infection. Better to be safe than sorry.

The BIG issue is infection;

Agree,,,The other issue is the OP doesn't state if it is going to be fresh water diving or the Much Worse Salt water diving. We don't even get in the ocean with any open cuts no matter how much duct tape you use. Ocean Staph infections will kill you in 3 weeks.
