What is the US bating average no to high I think.

:11:

and again

:11:

where have you been for the past hundred years? :eyebrow:

US, UK, and France against Germany: US helps kick butt

US v. Hitler, Hirohito, and Mussolini: US kicks butt

US v. North Korea and China: US kicks butt

US v. Soviet Union: US kicks butt and grinds their economy to the ground trying
to keep up. (hint, the "Soviet Union" doesn't exist anymore)

US v. Iraq I: US kicks butt

US v. Afghanistan: US kicks butt

US v. Irag II: US kicks butt

other than Viet-Nam, in fact, the US has won *every single conflict* in which it
has fought since 1918 (Somalia is debatable, but probably a loss too, though
i wouldn't qualify it as a war. more like a limited deployment; likewise Lebanon
in the early 80's)

do you realize the overwhelming power of the US military?

fact: no American solider has been under air attack since World War II (other
than by US planes in error)

fact: no other army in the world can use combined arms the way the US uses it
(i'm talking sergeants in the battlefield calling in immediate air strikes and artillery
supprt in a matter of minutes)

fact: the US spends more in military spending that the next *nine* countries
combined

and so on... :eyebrow:

i'd say that's a pretty good batting average

I think we may be teetering on the brink of the TOS, but having spent 2 tours in Viet Nam as a helicopter pilot with the 1st Cav division, I can tell you that it wasn't the rice paddy farmers that "kicked our butt", it was the Viet Cong, the NVA and the U.S. congress.

With respect to Afghanistan and Iraq, you can defeat a government, but you can't defeat a religion.

So, that said, I'm going to back out of this one.

Hey we got Tom Cruise :D That's right Iceman, I am dangerous.

The Argies had more than five boats

Nobby:
5. You should relearn your original national anthem, "God Save The Queen", but only after fully carrying out task 1. We would not want you to get confused and give up half way through.

9. All American cars are hereby banned. They are crap and it is for your own good. When we show you German cars, you will understand what we mean.
The theme to God Save the Queen, or is it Land of Hope and Glory is the graduation ceremony theme tune, very bizzare.

9. I agree, Jap cars arent too bad either. Just wait for China's emerging economy to produce cars on the cheap real soon using US steel!!

Lil' Irish Temper:
Tea Time or "Beer Thirty"
Wouldnt be so bad having beer thirty if there were a decent US brew to be found, the best stuff is on import, i wonder why.

These are the ones i dont get, literally shooting yourself in the foot by taking out your own troops or other allied troops, who needs the enemy? I would call that a strike out! I dont mean any disrespect to those who have died this way or those who have inadvertantly taken someone's life this way, only that the result is called "friendly fire" and is an accepted part of war in the global chess game of war. Not that i agree with war either.

Mrs.Prages:
Well Pennypue you and I will just have to live with our NobbyEnvy, I guess. :D

We'll go dive with each other we don't need a silly Nobby to keep us entertained. ;)

By the way Nobby that whole revocation speech had me in stitches.
No No No No and No

I still want to play with you! Ooooooooer missus!
