You need to make five posts before you can post web links. With this gigantic forum It will not take long!

It's an anti-spam feature. It keeps people from registering and making just to post links. Even with the 5 posts pre-requisite we get a fair number of spammers, but it cuts down on a bunch.

If it is for someone in particular, until you get 5 posts you can send them a private message with the URL you want to send. Click on their name and a drop down menu will give you a "Send private message" option.
