I didn't get my season pass yet. It says on the site, you can call them and charge it. Well today was the cutoff for the $120 deal. I emailed them and I left a message yesterday and today and no one has contacted me?

Even if I decided to just send the check after my first call, it still wouldn't be postmarked until Monday.

So now what do I do? Will I still ge the deal if I send it first thing Monday morning. When is anyone there in the off season. How can I make their deadline if no one is even there?

I think you can buy the discounted pass at their table at Beneath the Sea, if you're planning on going this year. I know you could last year.

Don't worry about it, last year, I missed the deadline by about 2 weeks. Called them and spoke to a nice lady from their staff and they honored the discount price. Just be polite with them, and they will give you a break. If that doesn't work out, then go to their booth at BTS, and ask them for the discount price there.

Ok, I finally talked to them. They aren't there on the weekends in the winter, except for the one weekend a month they open.

They were really cool and gave me the $120 deal.

No one is one site during this time of year except maybe once a month. Try e-mailing Stu.

I did email them, but actually they finally called me back on the first, and still gave me the discount.
