What's up at Reef House?

I am hearing that Mike is no longer at Reef House. Does anyone know if things have changed there with his departure? We have been there twice and are thinking about a third trip, but with Mike having been such a hands-on manager I am wondering if things are the same or better or worse.

Mike has been gone for several months, maybe a year?

That's all I know. There have been one or two post-trip comments here since then.
