Here is a page from Humann, Deloach, Wilk: Reef Creature ID, Tropical Western Atlantic, showing some unidentified ribbon worms. I don't think they are always flat!

Ok, but it does say "typically flat". :wink:
So what are your thoughts on possibly an acorn worm then? Size would be more in line..
