What's ScubaBoard worth to you?

We are not here to be the thought police. If you think LDSes are a rip off... well then SAY SO. There are just as many who think that the online stores are a rip off as well. As long as don't call them (or each other) names on the Board we are "OK" with that. We are not here, as some will claim, to suppress the truth or to make sure everyone is in lock step here on ScubaBoard. Heck, if it weren't for controversy, we would have a pretty boring Board!

Really? Seems to me I was given two 5 day vacations for letting the Board know that a certain online dealer of gray market dive gear was not an authorized dealer and, as such, you were not given a mfg warranty. That is now, thankfully, well known, but was NOT before I brought it up.

That dealer is now claiming in some of its advertisements FULL WARANTY. Is that the truth?

Bubba... that's not why you were given either of those suspensions. It had more to do with your obsession about that dealer. That is probably becoming clear to everyone in this thread. Let it go.

I give it a 7 - which is about as hi as I think a web site can rate in my life. to give you an idea - my family are 10, friends about a 9.5 and my pets are 9, with my hobbies at 8....

Obession is someone's impression/accusation to negatively shade it, not a statement of fact. If I have any "obession" as you put it, it is trying not to deal with bull. But, as you order, I will let it go.

Heck, I was just outside having a cup of coffee on my deck in my PJs...it was 52 outside....and I live in Vermont!!!!! Our water temp in Lake Champlain is 40 degrees, which is about 6 to 8 degrees warmer than normal for this time of year.......and Al Gore says global warming is a bad thing (j/k)
