Hmm, the image I see... you can see the sand bottom all the way out to the 'platform'. Things change, sometimes within minutes. Now, as the light changes, this screen shot...
What you can see, right at this minute- is how extremely high the water is reaching on the walkways. It is, after all, a Full Moon. In the South at a distance of maybe 30 miles? A rain storm over the Coast of Honduras.

Same moment, a different angle of Sunlight:

And the clouds move to change the image just as fast... the sand becomes quite clear a moment later...

Here's "how" to watch the cams... Well, when, anyway... (local time which does not change with seasons)
Dock Cam 08:20 to 09:05 for boat departures, some few are at 08:00
Front Yard Cam 10:30 - 11:30 for shore exit returns
Dock Cam 13:40 - 14:05 for afternoon boat departure
Front Yard Cam 16:00 - 17:00 for shore exit returns
On Saturdays: departures and arrivals on Dock Cam,
disoriented newcomers, torpid & sated divers on exit.
Sunday morning on or about 09:40, a large number of
"first timers" wading out on Front Yard Cam to get the
Front Yard Orientation dive... to learn the way.

The "Front Yard" and this includes the shallows that lie directly underneath the Cabanas and Bungalows that sit on stilts over this water...

This is an active thriving micro-ecosystem of the Ocean. It is a constantly changing environment. Mostly it's a warm clear bath tub of a fishbowl.

Sometimes, conditions alter the "norm":

If it gets murky, I guarantee you will find clarity to the East (Right) of that furthest East RED dot marker buoy
