WhatCha Eatin' Fer Mother's Day ??

Sunday , We are going to Boil up a bunch of Stone Crab Claws and Butter Milk Batter Fried Alligator Tails
( really no joke ! )
But we started early and cooked up good stuff on Saturday too.

Gable and I (Some of you remember The Crawdad Boy ) cooked up 4 pots of tasty mud bugs and He and I sucked them up in just about 2 1/2 hours.
A fine meal that cost less then $ 6.00 bucks to fix.... a really good deal I think.

We ate at Noodle Swing in Lewisville (a great little Thai place near Lifetime Fitness). My wife had Pad Thai, and I had Brownie Spy (with 8 additional spoons of the fire sauce).
