The second one looks like some sort of egg case. No idea from what.

first one looks like a decorator crab and the second one is a horse or maybe queen conch egg sack.

First image is of a decorator crab. The second image has a whelk egg casing and just below the algae (big mass in the middle), is a variegated urchin decorated with shells.
