What type of moray eel is this?

I took the picture in Bonaire a month ago during a night dive. I went down with a group of divers with a few who have been diving their whole life and none of them have ever seen one like this before. Are they common? rare? And yes is was wickedly quick. Thanks for the help
 
Where on Bonaire did you see / photo it? I'm curious since we were just in Bonaire over Thanksgiving, and this variety is one we don't have a picture of in our personal collection yet.

Humann/Deloach list their frequency as "Occasional Caribbean". Their definition is "Sightings not unusual, but do not occur on a regular basis".
