CDG founded 1946 - probably the oldest "certifying agency" in the world. Doesn't appear on other list referred to by Uncle Pug either.

I got my OW cert from FAUI (Federation of Australian Underwater Instructors, IIRC). Although for the purposes of this poll, I could probably list NASDS, as when I lost my card, the replacement was a NASDS card.
