When its a windy 50 degrees outside and I peel down my 7mm wetsuit, what should i be wearing underneath to minimize wind chill?

nothing you can do to prevent evaporative cooling and without a drysuit, there is nothing you can do to keep anything under a suit from getting wet. Strip, towel off ASAP and get into warm/dry clothes. In the cold, I still just wear a pair of ex-officio underwear under the suit and just dry off and get into warm clothes ASAP

Actually it's what you should be wearing over the top...Surf fur.
