Hmmmm....maybe I ought to see if any of that stuff would fit me before I offer any advise as to what to sell.......

If you are going to be keeping the regs, I would lay them on a table instead of hanging or coiling them. This way, the hoses can stay straight, and won't be as probable to bulge or break when you start using them again.
Sell the wetsuits and computer. Keep the tanks with a little pressure, air not nitrox. Keep them standing up, in a cool room.
Keep the wing, rinse it out, inflate it all the way, and keep it in a cool dry place (not a damp basement).
Keep the fins, but store them laying flat. If you prop them up on the ends, they will bend and will NOT bend back when you get ready to use them again.
Probably some restatements there but thats my $.02
