PADI OW doesn't cover what he wants to do which is surface and descend again with another tank. Thalissimania was the first to answer his question. I questioned his answer then answered my question and now it is all quite moot. :)

Part of me wants to say: He doesn't want to go back down, he's asking if he should go back down. Or, does he need to go back down in this rec diving context? ...and PADI does answer his question.

The rest of me just wants to give you a hug and call it quits. Lets go diving and not miss our stops and we'll be able to close this thread.
