I don't care what the concensus was, it is not a goliath grouper. I am quite sure it is a Potato Cod.
 
I don't know anything about potato cod but I see goliath grouper all the time, and that was not a goliath grouper.
 
Potato cod is actually a grouper (Epinephelus tukula) location of the video would help tremendously, but it seems like a pretty good bet
 
It is definitely a potato cod (E. tukula). I work as an aquarist and have one in one of my tanks.
