Could someone please post a complete list of parts need for someone wanting to put togeather, like wing, back plate etc...

I like the look of Dive Rite, like the Dive Rite Classic Air Cell Wing but I think this is for Doubles only? But I do not know what all I need as far as the differt part that need to be added to it. I am 6' 300lbs with a waist of 46", and dive with a weight belt ( Have seen ut not dove with the intergrated weight system ). Please help me with this.
Thanks

Your question is a little vague. Are you looking for a complete parts list to assemble a BP/W system from scratch?

I think that is what you are looking for, so here is my answer. I will also try to break it up into logical pieces.

1 You will need a back plate. Plates from different manfacturers are pretty similar, but there may be differences that matter to you, so pick one you like, at a price you can afford. Since you are a big guy you will probably want a steel plate.

2 Pick your harness type. I like the one piece webbing harness so that is what I will talk about here. Most suggestions are to start with at least 12 feet of 2" webbing. I like to start with more since it is relatively inexpensive and you can trim off any excess when you are done. Plus another 3 feet or so for the crotch strap.

3 You will need some D rings and metal weight keepers. I like the bent D rings for the chest rings so the parts list is...

2 Bent 2" D rings
3 or 4 straight 2" D rings
as few as 5 or as many as 9 metal weight keepers
1 metal weight belt style buckle
6 or more pieces of mountain bike tire innertube

4 A wing. The wing you choose should be appropriate for either single tank, or Double tank diving not both. Pick a wing that will work for your cylinder choice, dual purpose wings are usually not the best option. If you are diving with a single tank and depending on your wing choice you may also need a Single Tank Adaptor.

5 If you are diving with a single tank, you will need a pair of cylinder cam bands.

From there on out it is about personal choices like pockets, lights, etc...
