What Mares model of primary and secondary is this?

Hi, someone gave me an older set of (lower quality) gear they no longer use. I'm not to sure what model or year the primary is. I was thinking this may be an MR12.

Also the secondary doesn't have the model on it either, .... anyone know?

The first stage is an early MR12, great reg. Not lower quality, a great workhorse reg. I use one for my garage reg. I want to say the second stage is an MR111 the yellow one is a Nikos

The black 2nd stage looks more like the Navy model that was paired with the MR12.

I believe the III had a silver body.
