I don't buy Great Hammerheads either. Even though they possess tall dorsals, the species isn't known for great schooling or aggregatation behaviour. It's mostly the Scalloped Hammerheads that have that honour.

And Great Hammerheads are rather dangerous too. Quite a few documented attacks in the record from them. Swimming around idly with a diver nearby is not in their character; they're the investigative sort.
 
I went to the website and the pic didn't appear. But, from the pic isolated by Quarrior, that's definitely a hammerhead. And, if they're schooling, they are scalloped hammerheads since greats tend to be solitary or in small groups. The water looks like Cocos.
