What kind of fins?

If you ever dive in strong currents or tides or need to make headway using a frog kick, a paddle fin does function better than split fins, but split fins will work in calm conditions.

Thanks to everyone for there help. I'll look for a pair of scubapro jet fins. Unless someone can recommend some other type.

I'd try the Atomic Splits if you could get your hands on a pair. They have a really stiff split fin that will hold up better than most.

My Quattros work great in both forward and reverse. Add spring straps and they're quite nice.
