Galapagos
Isla de la Reina in Cuba
Cenote Dos Ojos in mexico like it was when I dived it in 1996. Almost virgin as I was one of the first to visit it beside cave explorers. Unfortunately, it will never happen again with all the buoyancy challenged tourists diving there now. Stalactites/mites dont grow anymore.. :(

Dream dive? The location isn't as important as the fact that I'll be diving with the woman who has captured my heart (I captured her using a strong fish net). Best locations would probably include the Red Sea, Chilean kelp forests, Galapagos or possibly Antarctica once I patch the dry suit.

Chuuk lagoon would be great, I recently read about a place somewhere in europe where the germans dumped a bunch of rare artifacts in the lake during WW2 and people keep finding amazing stuff. But I think my ultimate would be the Andrea Doria. I know it will be a while before I even come close but it would be an amazing dive.

The Doria is one of my dream dives as well, but unfortunetly I keep hearing that it is in very very bad shape now.

One of my dream dive was the Empress of Ireland. Had the pleasure of diving on it 2 yrs ago. Now, I wanna go back :)

My list is long and distinguished as well. 1 Thistlegorm, Galapogos, The forbidden Island Hawaii ( june!!! :) and The Andrea Doria. I'm slowly but surely working my way to that one.. but it's on the list.. I love wrecks... love the history of them.. love to research the specific boat before my dive, then get eyes on it as it lays on the bottom.

I only have one location on my list that needs to be realised. Antartica.

Bikini was also on the list but since diving has been suspended in the area indefinitely, who knows when divers will be able to go there again.

Just so you know, Dive Ops may resume on Bilkini in 2009. that's according to Welcome to Bikini Atoll

Keep it on the list, you just may get there... ;)

Chuuk and Bikini are both on the top of my some day list. Bikini Atoll just has a lot more "some" in it than Chuuk.

But the question was about a dream dive; in other words a dive that will never happen but oh if it only could. My dream dive would be a week diving with Tiger Woods on his scuba-outfitted yacht "Privacy" at Bikini Atoll. To quote Tiger on scuba diving, "The fish don't know who I am." That's a Tiger that would be fun to get to know in a place where history sleeps beneath the waves.
