Can anyone tell me what is this fish called???

It's some sort of Spotted Puffer. Maybe a Blue Spotted Puffer? Or maybe a juvenile Starry Puffer. Hard to tell due to the green cast in the photo.

It's a Porcupine Fish aka "Spotted Spiny Puffer". Diodon hystrix

It's definitely a porcupinefish (Diodan hystrix). Also commonly known as a "spotted spiny puffer"

Officially... Puffer fish do not have spines - and that one does... you can't see them real well in the picture because they are laying down... But if it's a fish that can puff up... if spines it's a spiny box fish - porcupine fish or a host of other names. With no spines, like a dog face puffer, etc... then it's a puffer fish.

But everyone calls those spiny puffers or puffer fish etc.

I had an ichthyology class trying to correct one another on this very issue yesterday. I told them to either refer to all of the tetraodontids/diodontids as "puffers", stick to genus names, or shut the crap up.
