Hello:

I am trying to find out the name of this dive / location.

You enter an opening in the Punta Sur reef that is not the traditional Devil's Throat entrance.

Halfway through the dive you end up somewhere in Devil's Throat near the area where you can see the two exits at 125 feet. You swim out the left exit and end up outside the reef at just below the entrance of the little cathedral which is to your right.

Thanks.

I believe it is still Devils Throat - there are a few ways to do it though.....

It is all Punta Sur - "Devil's Throat" is simply a feature of that reef system - and that section of the reef. "Cathedrals" is also another popular section of the Punta Sur reef. Devils' Throat and part of Cathedrals can also be done during the same dive. Or, sometimes a DM will start at a completely different secion of the reef and focus the entire dive on "Cathedrals" - there's not a "reef line" - now leaving Devil's Throat entering Cathedrals - haha - but if you were in the vicinity of Devil's throat, you were diving Punta Sur reef. Does that answer your question?
