I thought that was fire coral, but I can be pretty clueless about such things.

It's good with butter and garlic, some lemon. Don't overcook it.
It is a soft coral, a gorgonian, most likely a sea rod. Looks like it might be the stand of them on Bari reef, just south of Buddy Dive.

I looked for a juvi filefish but couldn't find one---they were all in that stuff you showed when I went......
